The Problem
Mulliner's bespoke service was undersold — clients didn't understand the depth of personalization possible. The existing digital experience showed options; it needed to inspire desire.
Creative Direction
We created a 'material first' approach. Instead of showing finished cars, we showcased raw materials: a single piece of walnut veneer, the grain of Scottish leather, diamond-knurled metal. The car reveals itself through its ingredients.
